Razor barbed wire is constructed from high-carbon steel wire (0.60%-0.95% carbon content) and galvanized steel blades (0.5-1.2mm thick). A cold-drawn process achieves a tensile strength of 1200-1500 MPa for the steel wire, and the blade angle is designed to be 60°-90° for optimal penetration. Anti-corrosion treatment is achieved with hot-dip galvanizing (zinc coating ≥ 120g/m²) or PVC coating (0.3-0.5mm thick), ensuring an outdoor service life of 15-20 years. The production process includes CNC stamping (accuracy tolerance ≤ 0.1mm), steel wire galvanizing (zinc bath temperature 450±10°C), automated winding assembly (spiral pitch 100-150mm, 3-4 blades per meter), and tension calibration (axial tensile force ≥ 800N). Quality inspection covers shear strength (≥500N), corrosion resistance (salt spray test ≥720 hours) and structural stability (no deformation from -40°C to 70°C). Process innovation uses ultrasonic welding to increase bonding strength by 30%, and the visual inspection system has a defect recognition accuracy of 99.6%.
